Default Chargeback help (on paypal)
I got a chargeback of about -$500 on paypal, they have not really sent me any issues to resolve my negative balance.

If I cancel the bank acct and CC my ppal is linked to, and reopen a new ppal account under same IP, ignoring the acct with -neg balance, will I be ok?

The ppal acct with chargeback does not have my SS#.
