Can I use the same info for my PayPal?

I recently started a new stealth account. I kept getting linked for some reason. Right now i started a new one and it running but want to take a few precautions before I move on.If I started a new one with certain information such as name and address, can I use that same name and address for my new paypal account?

Each new pp cannot have the same info.

You need to read tons of threads here under the linking section because you are doing something very wrong.

Do you use different IPs, user accounts etc?

Did you clear cookies "before" you started the new account?
