paypal only asked for bank account verification

Paypal only asked for my bank account, not the 2 out of the 3 steps to verify. After I verified my bank account it says my account is verified. Now should I just leave it is it safe or should I add a credit card anyway?

you still have a $500 withdrawal limit, but no receiving limit. Youll need to add a credit card to lift the withdrawal limit.
