Using Iphone to login to Paypal
 

I read Ebay Stealth book but still have a question. Can you use an Iphone (connected to the internet with a data plan, not wifi) to login to a new Paypal account? Will Paypal link that account to a limited account by browser cookies, flash objects and ip address?

If so, what can you do to delete cookies and history from your Iphone?

Well I changed the IP and deleted all cookies on my Iphone and opened a stealth paypal account. I registered with a different name but used one of my credit cards. I live outside the US so I thought it doesn't matter if your name is on the credit card. Well after 3 days they limited my account with no possible appeal!!

This is the message:

We routinely review account activity in the PayPal system. When we reviewed
your account, we noticed that your activity violates some of the agreements
you have with us.

Because of this, we’ve limited your accounts and can no longer offer our
services to you. You’ll still be able to log in to view your transaction
history, but you won’t be able to send or receive payment.

What’s the problem?

We noticed one or more of the following problems:

1. You provided information that we believe was false, inaccurate, or
misleading; or

2. You sent or received money that was potentially related to fraudulent
activity; or

3. You have more than one account with a negative balance; or

4. You are in violation of the User Agreement, the Commercial Entity
Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or another agreement you have with
PayPal.

Did they link you?

Did u use an app or the actual full site from your phone ?

What kind of activity were you doing in the 3 days of LIVE pp account?

I am not sure. I never saw my name or address in the profile section, as happened with other accounts. But when they sent me that email, they also sent similar emails to 2 of my suspended accounts! Perhaps they got me by my credit card?

I received 2 payments (not from ebay sales) for 18 dollars. I refunded one of the payments. That's it.

ROFL you cant use the SAME CREDIT CARD or NAME

I used a different name and a different credit card! But the credit card has my real name! I thought Paypal can't "see" names on credit cards and bank accounts

for a real credit card the name has to match the one on the card or else it will fail. For the bank it does not matter

Thats true for US credit cards....but in southamerica it doesnt matter. Credit card was accepted by Paypal, but somehow they knew after 3 days it was me :-(
