Can't register new PP debit card without bank link~
 

I rec'd my new PP debit card- tried to activate it on PP as said on the card
It wants a link to my check/svgs acct. and I do NOT want to provide it.

PP already has my ATM debit card info - which of course draws from my check acct. IF no $ in PP--So far it has never been necessary-

So now ebay can still take the fees from PP [as I set it up originally]
but I cannot withdraw funds with new PP debit card without giving PP my bank data:doh:

I will look into the "gift card" strategy- that is an excellent option
