Paypal Don't Care Anymore
 

I think because all the scrutinization is done on the ebay side now, I don't think paypal cares anymore how many accounts you have, what emails go with them and the like as long as they get their fees and you don't violate the terms. A couple years ago Paypal would just slam you with a limited notice, but now I've had my new account for over a year. I've had ebay accounts linked and closed but my paypal account still remains to this day.

Has anyone gotten limited and closed down by paypal within the last year or so that we know of?? I think paypal just don't care anymore as long as they make their money.

I think Paypal went from being the bad guy to just being the guy now that sits back in the chair and smokes his cig and smiles..

Ebay now is the bad guy in the house.. It's a shame a business has to operate with such paranoia and disdain for the very people that keep them in business.

I do sometimes find it harder to keep an account on Ebay than Paypal, but Paypal still does its fair share of harassing.

One of my account went down yesterday. You were saying?

Ok, so login in from the same ip for all accounts and see if they still care.

Also if anything, Paypal and eBay are becoming MORE strict at this time of the year. I honestly have no clue where you got the idea that they don't care anymore from.

The more we can get the word out about ebay taking and using people's identity for the sake of allowing people to sell online the more people won't give it out and they will be at another roadblock trying to verify people.

They need to just let people sell and not limit or suspend them until they do wrong. Put everyone on feedback probation, if you get 1 neg feedback within 30 days then you must verify. I also believe ebay should list the high risk categories so new sellers know enough not to list in them for the first 30-90 days, so that their accounts don't get flagged by the system.
