Confusing issue.. 2 pay pals sent 5k to other both limited
 

Ok so i have 2 Paypals
(ACC A)1- almost 18K in sales.. has 160 balance.
(ACC B)2-not really any sales but the account got hacked and someone sent they 5K i sent from my other account (acc A) but paypal reversed it and now need a ton of info



both were limited same week.. first one for some disputes.. 2nd one for unauthorized .. I can't provide the info for ether since they both requiring SSN since i repair iPhones and sell (iPhones considered high risk)

now I called for acc B submitted everything but the ID they somehow figured out it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗.. (cause i didn't realize i didn't save changes )

so acc B i need to wait 180 however they allow me to refund payment...


now acc A i also called in, only 160 balance.. I asked nicely to withdraw after 15 min they guy was like ok fine no problem.
I got the "funds are eligible for withdrawal email"


Now there is 5k in account B which was sent from account A..

If i refund can i withdraw all since they account A is eligible for withdrawal ?

If I do refund should I just rush the entire thing.. like refund now, 10 min later withdraw 6 separate amounts totaling 5k..
or should I refund,, withdraw 1k today... wait a few days then go slow?
