Pretty much solid proof PayPal is unsafe for buyers
 

I googled and on one site I found them saying sellers are frauding buyers by shipping delivery confirmation to the buyer's zip code but not to their home address and the seller wins the dispute because of this.

If this is true, then it's solid proof of how unsafe it is to buy using paypal.

That's why you always pay with a credit card.

There is a lot of fraud out there, tons!!

Paypal may not rule in your favor...
 

just because you have a tracking number. I mean, if the buyer says this was not at all what was purchased and that you sent a piece of paper to them, Paypal will likely look into that.

Get two or three of these types of complaints in a short period, and you can bet your bottom dollar you will be limited and they will want to see receipts.

Why would anyone want to go this way? Life is hard enough trying to operate on ebay so
why have bad Karma?

Bad Karma is for good people. Bad people don't have it because they don't care.

Yea, totally doable. But, better to cover your tracks. Law enforcement could get involved if it's a big buck item. Buyer himself can sue you. There was an episode on Judge Judy, guy sold an ipod and never shipped it. Buyer won.


I do the above only when buyer tries to screw me over with item not received or anything like that.


It's good info to keep you armed and safe.

LOL judge judy i think i saw that episode, also that fat women who sent the pictures of the mobile phones and not actual phone, i love that show.
