Paypal buying with CC
 

Please bear with me. I have tried to purchase the ebay stealth book but can not get order processed, So I am asking some question and hopefully someone would help.

I opened a new ebay account and paypal account I used the greendot card to verify I opened the accounts when I was in PA and since have moved to CA. I am wanting to buy things from ebay more than sell. I first thought I would be able to fund the paypal account with moneypak but it seems there is a $250 dollar limit unless you use a SS# and that would just get me banned or limited either way not good. I guess my question is when I make a purchase on ebay with paypal and I do not have enough funds will it take the money from the debit card on file or give me that option if so I can just put as much as I need on the credit card without giving the SS#. When I went into the add funds of paypal they do not give the credit card option just the bank account option which you can not use if I am correct with greendot. Any help would be appreciated. Instead of selling on ebay at the present to make money I am buying product and selling them locally.
