Your account has been limited until we hear from you - HELP NEEDED
 

Hello everyone
About a week ago one of my stealth paypal accounts got limited. It was a USA paypal. I think it was limited because I logged in from the UK and transferred a small sum (less than $100). Previously the account was sleeping untouched for about 6 months. The next day I check email I have a message from paypal saying they need some info because they think someone else logged into an account.

Could you please advise me which option to solve it is the best? I can Either add new credit card and a phone number or send photo ID/utility bill? Please see pics below. For option 1 could I add a vcc and voip number that matches my area by an area code?

If I give them my phone number would it be automated phone call or a representative? Looking forward for some advice :) Thanks a lot !

The call is automated and it must be going to phone number which coressponds to the address from the public record, or paypal will say that the process failed and will send you a letter with the pin number on it. At least that's how it works here in Canada and US. It's better for you to log in and out from your account from one computer and IP consistently, and then give them a call. If your account does not raise any flags elsewhere, they will say something like "Oh don't worry about the confirming location thing, it's just an automated system. we have noticed that your logins are very consistent, and we'll remove the limit". Of course, you can also add a VCC to hopefully facilitate the success of this phone call, just make sure you don't use any "known" vccs like entropay or something.

thank guys so getting any VCC (as they seem to work with any billing address) and voip with a number area code matching the town account was registered in should do the job?

I know in usa I just call them and they unlimit, they just check to make sure ip is in same city as account and they unlimited 7/10 times

Ive confirmed this since I have a constantly changing IP and I have my account limited a LOTTT!!!
