eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Withdrawing funds from PayPal

Okay, so I have the 21 day holds...I get package sent and it's confirmed delivered...I call 2 days later to get funds released. As soon as they are released do u think I can empty the account or would that too raise a flag?

I would say figure 10-20% of the total so if $500 - 100-200 should be safe to leave but this is my opinion. I have not been dealing too much with pp as of lately.

rsot has nailed this take the advice as I just ran into problems withdrawing more than normal on several accounts that were well established and they just got hit with the pending reserve again

Empty the account and you will lose it.

I always leave enough in the pp account to cover my listings fees. Just the way I do it and do not have issues with doing so.
