Default Best ways to get into Paypal's good graces...

Seems like many will be required to use Paypal. We can see, though, that the limitations can be nasty to deal with, if it is even possible.

So, I figured I would start a thread to see if anyone has suggestions how to avoid Paypal's wrath on a new account.

Aspkin's footer says it all. "A clever person solves a problem. A wise person avoids it. — Einstein."

ebayaintstupid, Knowledge is best, yes. I have changed my ways. (yes, I have repented of my sins.QUACK).
Now I make a paypal account first and let it be verified. Buy goods and pay using that account.Do this for 3 weeks. Then I create ebay account which I link. I start to buy on ebay slowly and 'yippee, I can use paypal'. I leave at least
some funds in a paypal account always. So there is seldom a nil balance.
This works for me. But I used to have hassles when I was less careful. Was a
bit of a joke with me, but now I have sworn never to let paypal beat me.EVER.

I agree greenbean...my paypal account was recently limited...it was already verified with cc and bank account...they wanted me to up-grade to business account, which I did and provide proof of address, which I did, limit was lifted, but before all of this happened I actively used my paypal account as both buyer and seller, I'm sure this was taken into account. In the past I didn't do this and paypal would screw me every time, this time seems to be working, at least I hope.
