Question, is there a limit to the amount of funds that can be received in a new Pp account none affiliated with e b y / Any precautions to be noted?

Stay away. I have lost more than one account like this. Staying outside of EB does not offer any immunity form the normal PP nonsense other than the 21 day hold.

All other precautions and limitation still apply.
