calling paypal without getting linked

i dialed *67 which should block my number from showing up but NO i call paypal and it said i see your are calling from then gave me my number
so i just hung up i should b ok i didn't enter the number they give me.
I wanted everyone to know this i think i even called ebay *67 one time
and they didnt sayanthing abut my nuumber.so i dont know what account they might even have linked to my phone number

qustion will i know accounts are linked or will they sit linked together until on account gets banned then they both fall?

If you dial a toll-free number, 800/866/etc, they can still see your number whether you *67 or not. After all, they are paying your long distance fees.

Use a calling Card.

Use google voice, free calling.

It has been tested that if you call from a number(s) that is not registered with ebay or paypal and you choice not to link it when you call them that your safe no matter what account you call them for. Someone here tested it out.

Tbh, Neither Paypal or eBay links you by the number you are calling from as long as you don't call for differences accounts within a short period of times. I have called in for over 20 stealth accounts with various standings and none of them were never linked. If it makes you feel better, change your caller id as a private number but like I said, they don't actually link you.

nameloc is correct about the toll free numbers

Why even bother calling them, by the time you get off hold, you could already have 1 or more accounts made and ready to go.

I use tossable digits... I have phone number set up for each account that transfers to my cell. Also, now you can make phone calls and spoof caller ID to show name and number you want, whatever you enter. Enter name "I hate ebay" and "666-666-6660" that is what caller ID will show. You can also nickname each account so if you get a call your phone will show exactly which account user they are calling. No more on the fly trying to figure it out.
