uhhh big ebay changes?
 

ive been out of it for a few months and maybe im crazy, but is everything way ****ing different??

I knew about v.mobile when it happened, fine. but suddenly vanilla visa and amex gift are no longer able to be registered to an address and no longer work with paypal?? so i actually have to have a debit card with my name on it to be able to open an account..?

also, im getting a 21 day hold on all funds with like every account.. maybe i got a batch of good bank accounts previously, but this was not the case a few months ago.. any help?

What happened with virgin mobile? Are the paylo numbers blocked now or something?

Amex gift cards and Vanilla visa dont work for Amazon neither.What you need is a VCC to verify.
The 21 day hold is very common.Just make sure you attach a tracking number to each order,when it is updated delivered or the buyer leaves you feedback,you will get the hold released.A good couple of months before the hold released completely.

I just verified a pp account with Vanilla Visa without any problems so I am a bit confused as to what you are referring to?
Amex I have not tried myself.

Vanilla visa with certain expiration dates still work and some dont. There was a thread about which ones still work and those that wont.

yea i get holds on everything now. A few months ago I would get a few payments with no holds, but now EVERYTHING gets held for me. SMH. Which is ok I guess, but it just slows things down considerably.
