A good ruse? Help!
 

Paypal sent an address confirmation letter to an address of a business in my neighborhood. I would like to go there and try to claim my letter, but I can't think of a good excuse to explain why my letter would have been sent there. What would be a good explanation? What should I tell them?

Sounds easy. If they actually got it and it wasn't already returned to sender.

"Hi, my name is Becky and I had an item delivered to the wrong address. I researched it and they said it came here. You don't happen to have it do you? That's right, Becky Hawes. Thank you."

If it is a guy and you are pretty, he will give you anything you want.

If it is a guy and you are OK, he will likely give you anything you want, but not be quite as impressed.

If you are ugly, he will likely not want to waste his time, grumble, and still probably in the long run help you out.

If you are a guy, and you say your name is Becky, he will throw you out of his shop.

Honestly, that is the best you can do.

If he's desperate and you have 30 minutes to spare, I'm sure he will give you the letter even if you're ugly. :D

ive used by neighbors before, that was quite a while ago though, we always get each others mail and just pass it on.
