 Vanilla Visa
Hi,
I know there's been some discussion on this, but I haven't seen this exact question answered: Can you pay via paypal with a vanilla visa? What I mean to say is when the seller can accept credit cards & you're not required to sign up, can you use a vanilla visa to pay for purchases via paypal?
When's the last time anyone successfully used one of these cards for anything on paypal?
