cc to new stealth paypal account problem. avs vcc question?
 

Ok I have made a new stealth account and have already verified my bank by submitting the to small amounts they put in my bank account. My problem is and I know that the address and zipcode has to match the card with the paypal information for the card to be enabled and work. I went to the bank and said I have moved and they put a new mailling address and not a physical address whitch is why I think the credit card is not working. I dont want to go back into the bank and get them to try to change the address to physical becuase im sure they know its a private mail box and they will be suspicious.

I got a avs vcc card in the past on my last account and it worked perfectly for exceeding the $500 withdraw limit. I have now made a new stealth account with ebay and paypal. I want to know if the avs vcc card would would fix the send money instantly because when I send money I have to use a echeck because my bank did not get the right address registerd on the card another words does the add a credit card useing a avs vcc to make it where I can send a instant payment? Also would I be able then to use the same card and fix the withdraw limit aswell?
