Paypal transfer limits
 

So Paypal stop transfers once you hit $900-1000 per calender month then send requests for proof of ID etc which we can't always provide, now I know they do this when we're transferring funds to our bank accounts but do they do this if we transfer money to other Paypal accounts?

I quess it depends on PP country you are registered with ,also how old and trusted your PP acc is.
As i have UK and EU accounts 36+ months old (EB suspended indefinetely, but PP working very well till now) and making money trasnfers to other PP acounts over 1K also widrawing money over 1K on regular basis.
ID was asked from them couple years ago.
