Paypal shipping balance?
 

This is the message I get since I don't have paypal balance only in pending balance and I do have a bank account attached.

Question is: If I add a credit card will it let me use the pending balance or no?

I never use this and now I have to use it because I don't have cash in my pockets. I was wondering I remember last year in 2011 I could use the pending balance, but its not letting me this time. Any info for 2012?

You should do the credit card but you should also consider stealth funding from a different pp (must be done properly and NOT frequently).

add a credit card with enough money for the shipping, then you will have positive balance. You will be good to go :)

What im asking is if I can do it from the pending balance at all or thats been gone a long time ago? To pay for shipping cost.
