So i've had this acct for years. Its verified/legit and is the only one I have. I need to provide the following info or it will be limted--

-ssn
-utility bill
-pic ID


Shouldn't be too difficult right? Well I dont have a current photo ID. Getting a new state ID card would take weeks to arrive. Is there another option for this?

The only monthly bill I can show is under my middle name (not included in pp reg. info). Would it still be acceptible? My SSN card includes the middle initial, which I am willing to provide.

What was the actual message? What was happening with your business practise that you got this? Disputes etc....

You need to proceed with due caution & diligence now.

SSN on a long standing account needs protection.

If however you have pushed their buttons too far then think carefully as to your actions

Does your state have a DMV where you may be able to and pay $25 or so and get a new driver's license that day?

I lost my pp debit so I reported it lost, tried to request a new one -- failed cred check and received the "limitation pending" prompt. It all happened on the spot.

The phone number I had on file was no longer in service. I have since added a landline #.

I only sell maybe once or twice a month, if anything. I've had this pp acct for about 7 years, eby acct maybe 9 years... Never a bad buyer/seller transactions with almost 500 fb.

All my sales are from $50 - $499 but really, I'm all about buying. :typing:

Why don't you call PP and explain that you don't have a DL, if you have a passport that will do the trick

for pic ID I think you can use any government issued ID (passport, military ID). But I guess driver's license is preferred.

I would highly recommend you call PayPal and explain the situation - call them to explain why there is a delay and then call them before you post the docs. This will give you the highest chance of survival.

I've been trying to live under the radar for a while, so I dont really have much ID. I'm not surprised they couldnt identify me, guess I did something right. :spy:

Also I have hearing loss (tinits) from too much loud instruments. I would not perform too well on the phone. I'd be willing to give it a try but really I want to avoid it.

Would that be enough to satisfy them? And what if they do limit my acct? Does it become more difficult to remove limits? And would my ebay acct be next?

Have someone else call for you and send in all the documents you have - I highly doubt they would do anything with it other than destroy it.
