VCC from Poland to verify UK PayPal

Hello

Is it safe to use VCC issued in Poland to verify UK PayPal?. I prefer this because it is easy to load for me and this is also free like entropay.

I used my Debit Card issued in Poland to verify PayPal account in UK but it was 6 or 7 years ago. I would like to know if this still work.

I don't know - but it would look suspicious. EB & PP can tell who issued the card from the first 6 digits of the 16 digit number

Is eb*y even being used a lot in Poland? As far as i know they have their own auction sites they like to go to.
