very close to getting paypal debit card

paypal has a "plugin" or a virtual debit card. I am not sure about the details, apparently its just like a real debit card, except you cant go to the store and shop with it, you have to use it online. Is there any company out there that will convert a virtual card into a physical card? for example, maybe you would give them your virtual number and they would make the card and send it to you?

hey modee, i thought of simon, but

the simon card is a gift card, if you have a $1000 in paypal you would have to go to the store and buy $1000 of merchandise. i dont think you can get cash back from a gift card.
