How to verify my Paypal account?
 

Hello,
First things first let me explain the case:
I'm from Algeria, due to my location my PP account is useless (can't send or receive money) unless I verify it, then I'll send or receive money from/to my account, to verify it pp is asking for a visa card delivred in my country or a bank account in the US, so is there any way to verify my account ? I'v heard about vcc but from what I'v read it's risky and the account can be limited.
Can you guys help me please.

If you can verify your account with US bank, you can speak to sellers here for VBA (virtual bank account) to verify. Make sure you ask for an account that can do the 2 microdeposits - I doubt that the instaverify ones will be useful to you.

So I think I'll try , nothing to loose (as my account is useless for now).

Make sure you ask the seller here if they have them for your country so there is no confusion.

Almost all seller VBA worked good for me...

Sometimes you have to experiment to see what works - and now is definitely a good time.
