Kinda of a pointless question to ask to be honest. Paypal doesn't limit you solely for receiving large amount of payments. Large entrepreneur are trustworthy and of course are verified with Paypal. They also don't sell risky items or conduct any activities that are against Paypal's TOS.

His site was worldwide known. Plus alot of paypal employees used his services even though they are scared now.
