Paypal Account Limited question
My paypal account get limited as i won chargeback through cc. Now i am having two options in my resolution page. One is reimburse chargeback and second Provide proof of delivery. In reimburse charge back it is mentioned:
Reimburse for the amount of your chargeback
If you wish to return your account to regular standing, you must reimburse the amount that you charged back.
You may reimburse the amount by mailing a check or money order to PayPal, or by making an electronic funds transfer from your bank account.
When you make a payment, PayPal charges the buyer's credit card and instantly credits the seller's PayPal account.
Does this mean they want all my money back??
And in Provide proof of delivery it is mention that:
To restore your account access, please provide shipping information for all transactions listed in the table below. If the shipping company you used is not in the drop-down list, select Other and type the name of the company you used in the box to the right of the drop-down menu. Click the Continue button when when you are finished.
If you are unable to provide information for all transactions during this session, you can return to this page at a later time. You must complete all rows to restore your account access.
But there is nothing in the drop down list. It is just empty???
Guys i am going insane because i had purchased items but still i didn't received and pp put my every account activity on hold. I won a chargeback but they are behaving as i loosed a chargeback. This must happen with the scammer but why it is happening with me.
I sent emails but they are not even replying. |
