New bank. What if name is rejected on verification deposits?

Anyone ever have a bank reject the two micro deposits right out of the gate because name does not match?

Never have had it happen, but about to try a new bank on a good account and it crossed my mind risk wise. Never concerned on a new account, but on an older good account....

Curious if its ever been an issue.

I had this happen all I did was add another bank
