Paypal is denying me from sending money or making payments with a verified account
 

I have a stealth paypal account that has paypal funds but would not alllow me to make a payment to another paypal user (not me).

All I did was make 2 purchases from 2 different websites for very small amounts and it was asking me to add more funds when i currently have the funds to cover the payment i was trying to make to a friend.

My account was already verified by bank account and i now verified it using prepaid card but still did not work can anyone help me out?

You need to give Paypal a call, it's a bug with their system imposed on your account.

its just a bug then and do i have to call them can i just email them?

Contact them the best way possible for you then.

Not everytime, I usually get a reply from them within 24 hours ;)

auto reply no doubt

Auto reply comes within half an hour, actual reply comes within 24 hours, experienced this on a few Canadian accounts :canada:
