Paypal Help needed
 
First post on here and hope someone can help. Paypal limited my account as i had reached a 1900 receiving limit for the year. Its a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name but a friends address account and was bank and phone verified. It is still allowing payments to come in from ebay and my own website. I uploaded gas bill, phone bill to confirm address and that was ok but got a email asking for a photo id . Anyone know how i can get around it
