Can Paypal find out the Address on Prepaid Account?

I am curious: Can Paypal find out the Addresses on Prepaid Accounts the same way they can confirm location on credit cards?

Second Question: Do you think it'd be wise to withdraw money (around $250) to a bank account on a around 5 week old, Account with a small amount of feedback from ebay.

No they cannot find your address and yes it would be wise to withdraw

#2. Have the items been confirmed delivered? Did you get feedback? or was it from different website?

Also why not split withdraws into 2 or 3?
