Is it safe to open a new paypal account now?
 

Hey guys the paypal account that was linked to my ebay seller's account has been limited by paypal a few years back. Would it be safe to use my ebay account and use a new sellers paypal account? Or will paypal end up limiting me right away after accepting a payment through ebay's checkout since they see I was the owner of the previous limited one? Does paypal have a specific time frame that they go after limited accounts?

Not safe at all - no set time limit - account may last a while or go down right away - best to go stealth.

Like rsot said, your Ebay account will be limited sooner or later, it's best you create new stealth accounts and for that you should purchase and read the Ebay Stealth book alongwith the infinite amount of information on these forums.

Do not do it. I was banned from eBay in 2000 and they still wont let my name near any account either it be a eBay or Paypal then go are all in the same. Years ago they did not share so much but now you need to go 100% stealth so please just read and read so more so you can get back at those sneaky *******s.
