New Limitation method form Paypal
 

Recently when i try to withdraw payments from my fresh stealth accounts, then they gets limited and Paypal dont even bother to inform me about that thru email. When i log to Paypal account i see that he is limited and that i cant appeal that.
What is happening ? anyone ? :violin:

Same exact thing happened to me.

Logged on last week, just to see that sign that the account has been limited. I did not receive any email notifications on it. However, I do believe the reason mines became limited is because of my constant sending money as a gift to my other accounts.

Maybe you're trying to withdraw money too quick after you sell an item?

yeah dont do this. sending as a gift once or twice might be ok, but doing it frequently sends up huge red flags.

if you want to send money to other accounts to withdraw at once, do it as a service or goods payment. i know you will have to pay fees to do this, but it is far safer

and OP, paypal does whatever it wants. the cancel transactions without notice, they limit accounts just for fun.

Got to be doing something seriously wrong either in setting up the account or how/where the money is coming from or too.

I have gotten this message too once I logged into an account. Did nothing to/on the account. The only way I found out was when I logged in to confirm the micropayments. Just limited out of the blue with no notification what so ever.

Sounds like use of a VPN, VPS, or proxy...

Had it happen to me also... It was more a testing account though so I knew it was going to get limited...

Its strange because i always used exactly same system and it worked perfectly. Im thinking that maybe my vcc bin is now blacklisted with them.

I just had this happen a couple times as well must be random maybe PayPal is calling I don't know?

Same here on both my ste alths but not the real one started exactly the same time when i got the new rules policy from e bay

i haven't done anything different than i ever have....small payments to my bank,,,buy a few things....always leave a little in there

I believe that problem is related with the 2 small deposit. Paypal new limitation method can see you Real Bank Account Name when the 2 micro deposits are credited and at the same time, this amount are debited from the Bank accounts. Stealth accounts will not work anymore unless you put your real name or the same name you will use with the bank account.

I've only had this "debit" happen 2 out of about 30 times in the past week. Seems a bit rare so far...

Last few days, I didn't get the usual Paypal emails when buyers paid for the item.
