Anybody ever have this problem with Walmart Visa gift cards?!?!?!?

I keep trying to log on to get my 4 digit confirmation code for my PayPal account but it keeps saying the card isn't a Walmart visa gift card. After an hour I went and checked my balance and it shows it is a working Walmart gift card, when I tried logging onto it went right to "Forgot Password" page but I am entering the right password. Does this happen a lot?

the walmart card takes a few days to show the code
