Individual or Business Paypal Account With LLC

Hi Guys! I am ready to create a new paypal and ebay account. However, i have couple questions before i do it.

I am not sure whether business or individual paypal account is better with LLC name?

Does paypal charge any fees for business account?

If you are going to the trouble of making a LLC I would just make the business account. Plus that way when you get paid the buyer only see's the business name not you personal name. PayPal Fee are the same. The percentage like 2.9% cant remember for receiving payments sometimes more if you take overseas payments because of the currency conversion. Anything other than that you would have to look up on the site. But as far a Fee for having a Business Account No.
