sycoreisback | 04-29-2008 06:16 PM | You will get an email from them telling you your funds are available for withdraw in about 160 days. Then just log in a put in a bank account and withdraw or request they mail you a check. |

i thought they would tell you stuff like chargeback and refuse.
it's worth a try but i am afraid i might not able to get the same result....as english is not my first language and i may not be convincing enough.. |
rock45 | 04-29-2008 09:10 PM | btw, do i even have to reply this email and following it's instructions? or i'll just have to wait 180 days? |
ebaywillpay | 05-01-2008 03:16 AM | Lizard King is just an expert with communicating with Paypal :) |
imjustme | 05-01-2008 04:10 AM | I sat in a corner and waited for the 180 days to pass. Got up after 10 minutes because I got hungry. Try it and see how long you can go for! |
rock45 | 05-08-2008 11:34 AM | btw, do i even have to reply this email and following it's instructions? or i'll just have to wait 180 days since the day i received this email and dont have to follow it's instruction?
thx you for your advice. |
divine422 | 05-11-2008 12:03 PM | wait 180 to get your money out and start over. |
tonyvas | 11-02-2008 04:31 PM | i've tried to talk to them about the interest, etc. and i was super polite.
howeever, the answer was " go do yourself ". 146 days to go... |
JamesYaBaoy | 11-02-2008 05:04 PM | Has anyone ever overcome one of thoose emails?
I disputed all the way up to the executive resolutions...Still no luck. |
John14789 | 11-02-2008 10:43 PM | They're pretty big SOB when it comes to letting you overcome a permanent limitation. I spoke to several different managers and not one could do anything. The only thing was that try to appeal your case after 6 months. Never even tried to appeal the case since I found out how to make it on eBay the "smart" way! |
ambercolour | 11-02-2008 10:48 PM | yeah talk to someone in real life who works in resolutions at paypal? |
tonyvas | 11-03-2008 08:02 PM | nope, forget about it |
pinkharo | 11-05-2008 06:19 PM | sorry to say, but all you can do is wait. ahhh, the joy of using ebay and paypal =( |

What does that mean? Supplied invoices and got this email. |
GreenBean | 03-09-2009 11:03 PM | Looks as if they decided to give you a permanent limitation at the same time as you were trying to fix the problems. I would guess there was a notice of limitation and you were asked to do that laundry list? |
Freedom | 03-10-2009 12:09 AM | just supply invoices... no mention of parting ways. I don't know I wouldn't part ways if someone paid me 2k a month to post on my website? |
GreenBean | 03-10-2009 12:29 AM | This happens: one part of paypal does not know what the other part is doing. If you have all your info etc etc, consider phoning them to ask wth is going on. Usual story i love paypal yadda yadda yadda  |
eBayRoadKill | 03-11-2009 10:27 PM | Options to withdraw $$ after 180 Days If after the 180 day hold on my hard earned $$, do I have the option to have it deposited into the bank account attached to the account? Or do I have to take a check?? |
GreenBean | 03-11-2009 10:40 PM | Either will work. |
aquariusvc | 03-14-2009 07:21 AM | forget that wait 180 to withdraw money from that account, start new with new PayPal account |

Also note that just because something is in the terms of service and written in "legalese" does not mean it is legal. For example,if you have in your auction website's terms of service that failure to pay for goods a buyer commits to buy will lead to seizure of the buyers house, that does not make seizing the buyer's house legal .Website terms of service do not supersede state and federal law. |
