Paypal Question

I am selling a phone on craigslist in Canada. I have a buyer who's in the UK but wants to send the phone to his nephew in the USA.

He wants to pay via Paypal and my account is a 3 year old verified and premier acct. Is there any way I could prevent any type of scam if it does come to that ? I haven't sold it yet.

Hi: Yes, agree. If they really want it- have them do western union, or send money order--Then you are Free to ship wherever they want..
