Bank and name questions
Hi guys, I am from Hong Kong, sorry about my poor english, trying my very best to describe properly :X I've finished reading the guide and have done numerous research on what I'm looking for, still got a few questions that would like to ask.
It's a fact that most bank do not share real name details with paypal/ebay, but I'm a bit confused with it. On paypal add a bank account page (either cc or dd), people says the name insert can be stealthed as well, true? but that name must match the one registered on paypal and ebay, am I right? Assume paypal registered name is John Bieber, so when I add a bank does it have to be John Bieber in case my real name is Justin Bieber? does it money still able to withdraw if the add bank name is stealth?
Also I used to live overseas and all accounts got fxxked up (3 of them), now I'm in my own country attempting make a new paypal with over 50% real infos (all haven't been used except DOB and family name), are they able to track my full chinese name if my full english one suspended already?
Lastly, Assume I buy a stealth account here, how am I able to withdraw money from paypal in real cash, add my bank debit account? Since the name registered and my bank name will be different.
