How can I open a PP acct. in Canada
 

I was banned from ebay, then wound up owing PP mucho dollars, went to credit collection, but PP acct was closed anyway.
My wife has a PP acct. that I can use, but would like to open my own acct. because when I purchase something that has to be downloaded it goes in her name. Also, I am afraid they will link us & cause problems for her, can they do this??
What would I need to open my own account??

BiN4Ry has alluded to this - if you have NOT paid pp off, they sure can cause problems for her.

Actually, once the account has gone to a collection agency, it no longer belongs to the company (PP), since the collection agency has purchased the account for so many cents on the dollar, they are not acting on behalf of the company, only for them selves.

I think I will not speak on here much more since I have heard that there are spies here for ebay & PP.:amen:

What we are trying to communicate to you is that debt is debt and if you owe it to paypal you should pay it or to the collections company who will probaly give you a settlement discount anyway.

This forum is all about getting around the rigid rules of ebay, paypal and amazon and does not encourage fraud against these companies and will not support your non payment.

Don't call me a fraud, it has been settled with the collection agency, I resent the implication. :mad2:

I did not imply anything - I was simply asking the q because it's relevant...there have been times accounts that are delinquent with pp get linked to other accounts and PP TAKES the case - regardless of whether it goes to collection or not.

When did I say you're a fraud?
