how can I withdraw the money when I am running out of the bank account
 

I have a paypal account which has been closed and now due to withdrawal after 180 days, but the problem is that I have back to my country and my linked bank account has a very negative balance (even greater than the amount on my paypal account) as I have been stopping pay the monthly charge since I back. so in this case, am I screw up? is it possible to open a bank account without dropping by the bank? thanks

Maybe - might have to ask around the banks - or maybe enlist someone to help you out for a fee...

You might need to find someone who has a 'spare' bank account that you can download into. I should imagine it would cost you a good lump of the balance though.
