Question about setting up a new paypal with an old address....
 

I originally created by Paypal account in 2005 or 2006 and I used my address from the home I grew up in, years later I changed the address to my home in another state in 2007, I changed it once more in 2010 and to another home and in 2011 I was banned from paypal for too many chargebacks.

I want to setup a new paypal in a relatives name but their address is the addy I used when I initially created my Paypal because it was the house I grew up in. My relative still lives there so its still their address.

Since I changed the address from that address to a new one in 2007 would I run into a problem if I created an account in 2012 using that old home address and legitmitaely being able to verify with my relatives bank / cc info?

Let me know if I should do that or just buy a stealth account if is so please point in the right direction of who to buys a stealth account from.

Welcome to the forum bro.

Firstly - it's not recommended that you use your relatives address/info.

Secondly - It's not a good idea to use your 2007 address in 2012 or even 2052, they keep records of your old address from banned accounts - so big NO NO! - thats if that 07 address what was used on a banned paypal? didn't really understand that bit on your post was all over the place.

You can buy a stealth account of someone on the forum but i'd suggest you learn about more, use the search button on the right to look up information alot your questions have been answered.

I can tell by your questions you still need to read up bro.

Theres really more to it - IP, Removing your Cookies, removing tags on your pictures and the list goes on!

You need to reall read around the forums since your issue is a COMMON one.

On the side, I would recommend you get the stealth guide to understand how to be stealth...or you can just read around and piecemeal it together...it's not super tough.

I have read the stealth guide and what I meant to say was I asked my relative if they would be willing to get this setup in their name and they said yes.

The only problem is they still live at the address I used in 2005 when I initially created my Paypal account, because I lived with them at the time.

My address and address on Paypal changed in 2007 to a different state, and when I was banned in 2011 it was changed again.

My relative and I do not share the same last name, the phone number and IP would be also be different.


After 7 years if I created a new legit paypal under their name and using their address (my old address), Paypal would still ban the account?

It's been so many years can't they just say "I just moved here" or something?

I don't have all the money to just flat out buy a stealth account and the 3g internet I'll need to use it.

I was trying to save myself some money by getting a relative to create it and just using their internet to login in a few times a week and list/sell/fufill orders

try to spell the address a little differently so the system coudnt match it with the original record in the eb database. its well described in the book, isnit? nobody will tell you if they ban the new acc withthis address or not, you will find out when you start to use it.

so, for example if the street name starts with 'I' but you wright it with 'l'instead, its not a big deal for a human eye, but for a pc brain its impossible to recognise. be creative)

Do NOT use anything you used before.

Do NOT use any friends or relatives info. There is no need to risk their info when there are many ways of using an address as posted in the forum.
