Can U.S withdrawl to bank accounts in different names?
 

If the trial deposits went though, is a normal withdrawl going to pass? I ask because ive just done a bunch of reading on this and paypal limited accounts etc.........

it says 2-3days for trial deposits but 3-5days for withdrawls......my account was confirmed and linked up, but its just in a different name. is it going to take?

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you read around. What are you really concerned with? Trial deposits went through - your pp is confirmed - withdrawals will go through.

Many banks accept deposits in different names.

Hi, I am concerned that the withdrawl will fail because its not in the same name.

It is pushed into a localcredit union. Yes the trial deposits did go through and I was able to confirm the bank acount.

but im worrying that a deposit might be flagged and returned for using a different name. Maybe a trial deposit doesnt have that coded into it.

B of A, wells fargo, suntrust, most credit unions ect. allow you to deposit money into an account with a different name. PP cant see that info unless the bank authorizes

Credit unions can me more picky about this then some of the banks mentioned.

Tons of post of banks that allow this if you do not abuse it.

When withdrawling from your pp account, what is considered abuse? Can you withdrawl weekly 500$? My pp account is the only one that hits my bank(CU) that is not in my name.
