Is Paypal Softening??
 

I recently opened a new Paypal account and decided to add a credit card. I mistakingly added a credit card that had previously been used on another account. I promptly recieved a warning in all red letters...this credit card number belongs to another Paypal User. I waited all day and part of the next for a Papal acct. limitation notice. Instead, I recieved a friendly letter asking me to sign into my account to up-date my information as a security measure. No limitation at all on a new account with only one positive feedback. I even withdrew $689.00.... What???

HI: Maybe they just store that info and sit and see?
Ive entered the same ss# on 2 diff accts, and recd the warning about a year ago..

They never limit accounts based on that. After all, you could be entering the wrong credit card number by mistake.
