premium paypal receiving limit

Hey guys, I was wondering how much the limit was to the fully verified vba, vcc US accounts that are being sold in the accounting selling section. I've been told the eBay limit is 10 items up to $1000 or $1000. I was also told that was the eBay limit, what about the PayPal limit on these accounts? Would one of those premium accounts being sold get limited for receiving ~$2500?
