Can paypal verify bank account names now?
 

I set up a few stealth paypal accounts. I used the deposit verification method and I see that the deposits where debited right after being deposited. Are they debiting them back to verify the bank account name? I'm using Ally Bank for these stealth accounts. It's been a while since I messed with paypal and I don't remember them doing that the last time.

I probably should of used instant verification, but I was thinking that the deposits would get me the debit cards sent, but now there is no money in bank accounts cause they debited them... lol.

Will I still be able to withdraw from these paypal accounts to the same bank accounts without any issues?

I searched the forum, but there was no definitive answer about bank name verification via debiting the deposits.
