Can instant bank verifcation link accounts?

If the instant bank verify username and password is the same will that cause a link between two paypal accounts? Do they really not log that information?

Not sure, but it DOES go through their system first. Something to consider

I'm thinking they don't log any information from this process other than some type of data stating that the username and password was correct? Yeah, but I wouldn't put anything passed them though.

Password is unlikely to cause an issue but username being the same...interesting - not really that random so I could see that as a flag-raiser...
