I want to start online Business, but there is one obstacle
I live in Libya:D:D, where there is PayPal not available
Fortunately, I have my uncle live in the UAE ... Is it possible to open the account in the UAE with the possibility to open it in Libya (my uncle will provide me with password)
So is that Possible

Abit more information? I'm presuming your not banned already? or are you? or maybe you had an account in libya banned that didn't have paypal since you can't use it there?

In theory yes, it is possible although you will have to run under a UAE IP instead.

But i can imagine you may problems with return items - where would they return the items?

Don't make it under your uncle names go down the stealth route, i'm just not sure if you banned or not though? please confirm.

there is a lot of software i want to Purchase accept click bank and Paypal

I would avoid VPN and consider buying a nice solid VPS IP.
