2 or more ebay account with 1 paypal account

hi everyone, I was thinking instead of getting more banks accounts to verified my accounts cant i just add a different email address to my paypal account then create a new ebay account with that address, and use a different first name.

No. It is better for safety to have a different paypal account for each ebay account.
