Hello,

Can anybody tell me what is the differences? What is better and why?

AVS tends to be better because the house number and zipcode (or postal code) will match with the system nicely. More and more platforms are going for AVS matching cards.

Regular VCCs might still work but may fail if a system is very strict on AVS.

AVS = Address Verification System (or S stands for ....?)

So maybe having AVC Vcc may not hold fund for 21 days?

No that has NOTHING to do with the holding funds - it's pretty standard policy these days =(

you dont need avs for pp or eb
