paypal issues
 
Opened paypal and ebay stealth account 1 month ago with using just netspend prepaid card for bank account and debit card verification. Same card. Both are still up and running but, on paypal it's still asking me to add a bank account to receive all paypal benifits. Now what? Any sugestions? Can I just add another prepaid bank account to paypal to solve the problem?
