Paypal bank account issues

I've added a netspend prepaid bank account to paypal account. Everytime I log in to paypal it is still saying ... Link your bank now to complete your paypal account setup and get more benifits. Why??? Says my bank has been confirmed and verified as well. Any help would be great. Thanks!

This could be the relating to the issue you guys been having on the paypal glitch in the US perhaps.
